Our company privacy policy
The Consolidate Debt Company was formed as a means to assist consumers in becoming debt free. Of course, through our network of web site(s) we may ask information in order to best determine which solution is best. Rest assured, whenever going through a quote or being consulted by e-mail the Consolidate Debt Company will never ask for the consumers account numbers. This type of information is not needed in order to calculate a quote from the consumer.
What type of information is collected from the visitor, or client?
The information collected from visitors in general, will not exceed basic Google Analytics. This internal tracking software, allows us to find out what type of web browser of the consumer is using, what type of internet connection the consumer is on, what type of screen resolution the consumer has or even how they found us. This type of information is useful in how we design our web sites to give the visitor the best visual experience.
When going through with an application on our web site though, information in order to contact the consumer will be requested. Information from phone number, to email address will be requested but rest assured this information will never be sold. After the page one application, the page two application will request general creditor information which will be used to calculate the information necessary to get the visitor quoted. In no way, on any forms of our web site will your account number will be requested.

What exactly do we do with the visitors information?
Well given it’s just a visitor whom did not fill out the application, we use that information in order to determine what type of system they are running. This allows us to run statistical data in order to design our web site(s) better for the actual visitor. In no way do we insert tracking, software or even mal ware on the consumers computers. For more information on Google Analytics, you may visit their web site.
As for the visitors whom fill out the page one and two applications, the information received will be issued to an advisor of the company. Once this information was received and reviewed, the advisor will email and/or call the consumer to explain to that person the options that they have available.
Will the information ever leave Consolidate Debt?
The answer to that question could be yes or no, depending of course. If the consumer just visits or gets quoted, then the answer would be no. However, the purpose of Consolidate Debt is to offer a vast range of debt relief products and in turn, refer consumers to certified non-profit debt management or debt settlement companies. So given a consumer is happy with the quote, at one point and time they will be transferred to the non-profit debt management or debt settlement company. Rest assured, we’ve done all the home work necessary to define which solution and which companies are most ethical and have good standings with the creditors.
How do we protect our client information?
All information is stored on a secure network at our facility. Our work environment, although no account numbers will be asked – is a paperless environment. All employee’s undergo an extreme background check prior to employment and are upstanding individuals. Management’s goal is to ensure a paperless environment due to the type of business we work in.
